What is Ticket Exchange?
Ticket Exchange is the Club’s official online resale platform which enables Season Ticket Holders the ability to sell their designated seat at face value to a One Hotspur Member for a Premier League home fixture they are unable to attend.
Tickets are available via Ticket Exchange to Members only (one ticket per membership) for the following home fixtures:
- Southampton (Sat 28 Sep, kick-off 3pm)
- Watford (Sat 19 Oct, kick-off 3pm)
- Sheffield United (Sat 9 Nov, kick-off 3pm) - date and kick-off time subject to change

Selling a seat via Ticket Exchange
Season Ticket Holders can list their seat for resale for ANY home Premier League match for the 2019/20 Season.
Seats which are listed for resale by Season Ticket Holders will then be made available to One Hotspur Members ahead of each fixture date. Sales via our Ticket Exchange platform will continue to open at the Club’s discretion and once the Members’ sales dates have passed.
Season Ticket Holders are able to use this service to sell their ticket for home Premier League fixtures through their eticketing account.
To list your seat for resale on Ticket Exchange, follow these instructions;
- Login to your eTicketing account →
- Click ‘My Account’ which should appear in the top right hand corner of your screen
- Under ‘Ticketing’, choose ‘Manage Tickets’
- Select the fixture that you're unable to attend
- Select the seats that you wish to list for resale from those available from within your network
- Click 'Sell Tickets' - you'll be notified by email once your ticket has been purchased
If you are an 1882 Season Ticket Holder or have registered onto the Cup Ticket Scheme, you can also list home Cup tickets for sale using this service. Any listed seats will be released for sale on a date to be decided by the Club.
Tickets will be listed for sale at face value plus a £4.50 admin fee, to be paid by the purchaser of the ticket, and will be issued as an e-ticket so no other booking or postage fees will apply.
A ticket can be removed from Ticket Exchange by the Season Ticket Holder at any point until it is sold. Once the seat has been purchased on Ticket Exchange, your Stadium Access Card will be deactivated for this fixture. To take advantage of Ticket Exchange, Season Ticket Holders must log into their e-Ticketing account to list for sale. If you wish to list a family member’s seat for sale, you must be at Managed Level within ‘My Network’.
If the seat sells, Season Ticket Holders will be notified by email and will receive a credit of the ticket face value into their e-Ticketing account. The credit from the sale will be deducted from the cost of your Season Ticket renewal for the 2020-21 season or the funds can be withdrawn throughout the season using our Cashback service during allotted timeslots.
If you are an 1882 Season Ticket Holder that has sold your ticket via Ticket Exchange, you will receive the following credit amounts depending on match category: Cat A (£140)/B (£115)/C (£90), with credit amounts for domestic cup ties confirmed on a game-by-game basis.
Buying a seat via Ticket Exchange
One Hotspur Members can check ticket availability for fixtures currently live on Ticket Exchange (see above), by simply;
- Logging in to their e-ticketing account
- Clicking on the fixture you would like to purchase a ticket for
- Click Ticket Exchange
Ticket Exchange will be made available for Members to purchase for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once the dedicated sales windows are complete. Updates will be communicated via this page and Club channels when the Ticket Exchange platform is open for Members to buy for each fixture.
For Members that purchase a ticket via Ticket Exchange, the seat details will automatically be loaded onto their Stadium Access Card upon purchase. Tickets purchased via Ticket Exchange are strictly non-refundable.
Ticket Share is our second method for Season Ticket Holders to transfer their tickets for a specific fixture.
Ticket Share allows Season Ticket Holders to gift their ticket to any individual within ‘My Network’ via your e-Ticketing account at no charge. You may list a maximum of 20 individuals within ‘My Network’.
