Account Cashback Dates – 2026/27 Season

Season Ticket Holders with credit in their e-ticketing accounts are able to submit cashback requests for these funds throughout the season.

Cashback is based on the account credit generated when an eligible Season Ticket Holder's seat is successfully sold on the Ticket Exchange. For each successfully sold fixture, the e-ticketing account will be credited with 1/19 of the Season Ticket value. This represents the proportion of the Season Ticket value attributable to an individual home fixture. Any supporters with credit remaining in their e-ticketing accounts after the final cashback date passes will have their credit applied automatically towards their Season Ticket renewal.

A list of account cashback dates for the 2026/27 season can be found below. Please note that all requests must be submitted before 9.45am on the request deadline date.

Season Ticket Holders can submit their cashback request via their e-ticketing account once logged in by clicking My Account > Account Cashback > Submit Your Nominated Bank Details.

A UK bank account is required to submit a cashback request. Any supporters without a UK bank account should complete this form and a member of the team will be in touch.

Please check your account details before submitting, as it will not be possible to amend a cashback request once it has been submitted. Should a payment fail for any reason, any funds that have been returned to the Club will be placed back in the supporter’s e-ticketing account as credit, typically within 10 working days of the intended payment date.
