FAQs

How do I get tickets to a Spurs home game?

Tickets for our home games are unlikely to get to General Sale and are often only available for our One Hotspur Members.

Becoming a One Hotspur Member gives you access to ticket priority, the option to purchase via Ticket Exchange and a variety of exclusive benefits. Members can only purchase one ticket per membership for each fixture. Please note, if you have an access requirement and are already on our Disability Access Scheme, you will still need a membership to take advantage of our priority on sales, and benefits.

Do I need a Membership to buy tickets?

  • Priority Match Ticket Access
  • Access to Ticket Exchange - our ticket re-sale platform
  • Retail and Visitor Attractions Vouchers worth up to £45

What is Ticket Exchange?

Ticket Exchange is the Club’s official online resale platform which gives Season Ticket Holders and Premium Members the ability to sell their designated seat at face value to a One Hotspur Member to buy (or other supporters if the game goes on General Sale) for any Premier League home fixture they are unable to attend.

A selection of General Admission and Premium seats will be listed on Ticket Exchange including a number of single seats. Premium seats listed on Ticket Exchange will also include access to the seats' respective lounge and a complimentary food offering.

Ticket Exchange will open for home fixtures at the Club’s discretion and once all tickets have sold. Once open, updates will be communicated via Club channels.

Ticket Exchange seats may on occasions go on Guest or General Sale for Premier League games.

  • Ticket Exchange 'Guest Sale': seats listed on Ticket Exchange will be opened to both our Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members for the opportunity to buy additional tickets for friends and family.
  • Ticket Exchange 'General Sale': seats listed on Ticket Exchange will be opened for all supporters to buy.

Should I purchase tickets from unofficial sellers?

We want to remind supporters that all tickets purchased from Tottenham Hotspur remain the property of the Club at all times. We would urge all Season Ticket holders to ensure that they make use of the Club’s Ticket Exchange and Ticket Share platforms for any home Premier League matches they are unable to attend.

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club reserves the right to take the strongest possible action against anyone found to be selling, offering for sale or passing on via any unofficial channel, match tickets and/or season tickets for any Tottenham Hotspur matches.

How do I get to the Stadium?

The Stadium is well served by public transport and easily accessible by train, Tube and bus services. There are four main transport hubs - White Hart Lane, Northumberland Park, Tottenham Hale and Seven Sisters – which provide fans with direct access to Weaver Line, Greater Anglia and Victoria Line services.

Our shuttle bus service also connects the stadium to the Piccadilly Line and Great Northern services via Wood Green and Alexandra Palace. Supporters can also cycle directly to the stadium, with ample bike parking facilities available in the surrounding area, including for dockless bikes.

Match-specific travel information is published online and via our Matchday Info WhatsApp channel ahead of each game, and will be included in your Match Attenders’ email.

How to book Coach travel?

Our Regional Coach Service – provided by Big Green Coach – operates on home Premier League matchdays and connects the stadium with various locations in Spurs supporter heartlands, making matchday travel easy and hassle-free.

Coaches are timed to arrive at the stadium two hours before kick-off and depart approximately 45 minutes after full-time. All journeys on the Regional Coach Service are fully accessible and carbon neutral.
