Digital Ticketing

Your ticket

Our Digital ticketing system has been designed to help protect supporters’ safety and security by allowing us to understand who is inside the stadium on matchdays.

Stadium Access cards previously in circulation will no longer work and entry to the stadium can now only be gained via the mobile device to which your Digital Season Ticket Pass, One Hotspur Member Pass or Matchday Digital Ticket is downloaded.

We should also like to clarify that the Spurs Official App will no longer enable entry into the Stadium, however you can still use it to find all the information you need to make the most of your matchday and keep up to date with all Club news.

Photo ID Stadium Entry Card

Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Member’s under the age of 18 who do not have a compatible mobile device can now submit a request for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to enter the Stadium. Further information on how to obtain a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card to attend future matches at the Stadium.

Photo ID Stadium Entry cards already received by supporters for the 2021/22 season will be reactivated for the 2022/23 season for those who have not changed their Season Ticket Seat or Membership type.

For non-members who do not own a mobile device, please visit our digital ticketing FAQ pages for further guidance.

Digital Season Passes

All renewed Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members will have their existing Digital Pass in their mobile wallet reactivated ahead of next season and should NOT delete it.

However, Season Ticket Holders who have successfully relocated their seat will be sent a NEW pass - the original passes will not work and must be deleted before the new pass is loaded onto mobile devices.

New One Hotspur Members will receive a one-time digital download link for their One Hotspur Pass from noreply@ticketmaster.co.uk no later than 48 hours prior to the first match they have purchased - this should be downloaded to the mobile device they intend to use for the duration of the season and must NOT be deleted.

Only one pass should be stored on any one mobile device, with the exception of our Access Supporters on our Disability Access Scheme - these passes may be stored on the Access Supporter's mobile device.
