Your Ticket

With the successful implementation of digital ticketing, all entry to the stadium can now only be gained via the Digital Season Ticket Pass, One Hotspur Member Pass or Matchday Digital Tickets downloaded onto the wallet of the attending supporter. Premium members can access, download or Transfer each of their digital tickets via their e-ticketing account.

Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders who have not relocated their Season Ticket Seat will have their existing Digital Pass in their mobile wallet reactivated ahead of every season and should NOT delete it.

If a Season Ticket Holder has relocated their seat, you will be sent a NEW digital download link with your new pass no later than seven days before the first home game of the season – the original pass will no longer work and must be deleted before the new pass is loaded onto a mobile device.

All tickets will automatically update on the Digital Pass within seven days of each match you are due to attend.

As an alternative, you can now also access any home match tickets assigned to you on the Official Spurs App by logging into your account. Each ticket will appear on your app homepage 48 hours before kick-off alongside all other matchday content and information.

One Hotspur Members

One Hotspur Members who have not changed their membership type (i.e. Junior to Adult) will have their existing Digital Pass in their mobile wallet reactivated ahead of next season and should NOT delete it.

If a One Hotspur Member has changed their membership type, or their membership has lapsed but they have since purchased a new membership, you will be sent a NEW digital download link with your new pass – the original pass will no longer work and must be deleted before the new pass is loaded onto a mobile device. New One Hotspur Members will receive a one-time digital download link for their One Hotspur Pass from noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com within 24 hours of purchase - this should be downloaded to the mobile device they intend to use for the duration of the season and must NOT be deleted. Passes will automatically update within seven days of the match purchased. Photo ID Stadium Entry Card

Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members who have not changed their Season Ticket Seat or Membership type will have their Photo ID Stadium Entry cards reactivated for the 2023/24 season.

For any new Season Ticket Holders, One Hotspur or Premium Account Members who don’t own a compatible device, please submit a request for a Photo ID Stadium Entry Card using this form. Season Ticket Holders or Members who have already been issued a card but recently changed their seat or membership type should also apply for a new card using the form.

Individual Match Ticket

Premium Member Tickets

Premium members can access, download, or transfer each of their digital ticket(s) via their e-ticketing account here. To gift a ticket to a friend, colleague, or family member, navigate to Ticket Transfer in your e-ticketing account, enter the email address of the recipient and select Transfer – you can use a different email address for each seat you wish to transfer. Once the tickets have been transferred, the recipient will receive an email containing the link to the digital ticket which can then be added to their Apple or Google wallet.

Ticket Share Tickets

Tickets gifted via Ticket Share must first be accepted by the recipient before the digital download link is issued from noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com . This is also applicable for Season Ticket Holders and One Hotspur Members who have been gifted a ticket - these tickets will be sent separately from their Digital Pass and should also be downloaded onto their mobile device, alongside their pass. The digital ticket will be issued immediately after accepting the Ticket Share.

Guest Digital Tickets

Additional tickets purchased in the same transaction not assigned to a One Hotspur Member, will be sent to the lead booker’s email address for them to forward the ticket links, via email, to their guests so they may download them onto their own individual devices. Tickets will be sent from noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com within seven days of the fixture and no later than 48 hours before kick-off.

Pre-season and Non-Member Digital Tickets

Ticket(s) purchased for a pre-season game or non-members who have purchased a ticket during a general on sale window, will be sent a link to their digital ticket via email from either noreply@tickets.tottenhamhotspur.com..

Matchday

With your ticket safely secured in your digital wallet, you will not need to worry about printing anything off before you leave home. Just make sure your phone has sufficient battery life before setting off.

To access your tickets on matchday, open your Apple or Google Wallet on your mobile device.

Please note, each ticket will only work once on the turnstile – it is not possible to pass your ticket onto anyone else once you have entered the stadium.
