As previously communicated, we are utilising our stadium’s technological capabilities to introduce a fully contactless digital ticketing operation.
In addition to making the matchday entry process as smooth as possible, the new system has been designed to help protect supporters’ health, safety and security by allowing us to:
• Reduce physical contact during the stadium entry process.
• Understand who is inside the stadium on matchdays
Supporters who have been successful in obtaining a ticket for the match will be sent a link within their confirmation email. This link should not be forwarded or shared under any circumstances.
By opening the email with the device on which you wish to load your ticket, clicking the link and following the instructions, your ticket will be downloaded directly into your Apple wallet or Google Pay app and be ready to use.
Stadium Access Cards will no longer be in operation.
Junior tickets will be emailed to the registered email address on the account. If you encounter any issues with your ticket, please contact us.
With your ticket safely secured in your digital wallet, you will not need to worry about printing anything off before you leave home. Just make sure your phone has sufficient battery life before setting off!
Screenshots of your ticket will not be valid – it will only gain you entry to the stadium if stored in your Apple wallet or Google Pay app.

Check your seat and entry time
Your digital ticket is valid for a specific entry time to control the flow of supporters into the stadium and reduce the associated risks of most supporters arriving at the same time.
As you may not be using your normal Season Ticket seat, please take note of your Entrance number and specific entry time stated on your digital ticket.
We strongly advise you plan your travel to arrive for your allotted entry time, otherwise you may be refused entry.
The Ticket Office at Paxton Place will be open, with a reduced number of service windows to deal with matchday enquiries in order to maintain social distancing inside and outside the building.
Please note, we shall only be able to deal with queries relating specifically to that day’s fixture. No other enquiries will be dealt with on a matchday.
Our Fanbassadors and stewards will still be on hand to answer any other questions you have related to matchday.
