Mohammed Kudus joined us from West Ham United in July, 2025.
A bright start to his career in Lilywhite, including a goal in 2-1 win at Leeds and his first UEFA Champions League goal in a 3-0 victory against Slavia Prague, was interrupted by injury in January, 2026 – and that turned out to be a season-ending issue.
An exciting, front-foot winger always looking to take his man on, Mo finally returned to action at the end of August, 2026.
Spurs career
2025/26 - 26 appearances, 3 goals.
Life before Spurs
Born in Nima in Accra, Ghana, Mo joined the famous Right to Dream Academy in 2012. He moved to Europe in 2018, impressing (14 goals, 57 appearances) at Nordsjaelland in Denmark and earning a move to Ajax. His numbers were even better in Holland with 27 goals in 87 appearances, claiming two Eredivisie titles and the Dutch Cup. The Premier League was next as West Ham swooped in August, 2023. In his two seasons at London Stadium, Mo scored 19 goals in 80 appearances in all competitions, including West Ham’s Goal of the Season prize with a sensational solo effort against SC Freiburg in the 2023/24 UEFA Europa League - a goal which was also nominated for the 2024 FIFA Puskas Award.
Ghana
Having represented Ghana at Under-20 level, Mo earned his first senior cap in November, 2019, and scored on his debut in 2-0 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying win over South Africa. Twice named Ghana Footballer of the Year, Mo scored twice in the groupo stage of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. At the end of 2025/26, he had 46 senior caps and 13 goals to his name.
