Our Education and Football Development Centres are designed for ambitious young people who love the game and want to build a future around it. Open to both boys and girls, the programme combines high-quality education with elite football development in an environment built on opportunity and progression.

We work with carefully selected Education partners who share our commitment to helping every student succeed. With a wide range of courses available, you can choose a pathway that suits your goals - while developing both as an individual and as part of a team.

Developed the Spurs Way

Each programme is delivered by experienced FA and UEFA-qualified coaches who understand and apply the Club’s unique methodology and Academy philosophy. Training sessions are tailored to challenge and support players at every level, helping them maximise their potential.

Alongside expert coaching, players gain valuable match experience through competitive league opportunities - ensuring the right balance of development, competition and enjoyment throughout their journey.
