Our Under-19 Football Development College Programmes will be delivered in association with Barnet and Southgate College and New City College.
Players will receive a full-time football programme delivered by our Global Football Development coaches while continuing their education at college, where they can choose to study a wide range of courses including A-levels and BTECs. The programmes will link directly with our Women's Academy, with the strategy of graduating players into this environment when appropriate.
In May 2021, Olga Ocran was offered a place within our WSL Academy for the 2021/22 season.

This programme links Academy standard football coaching, provided by our coaches, with a high quality range of full-time sports study programmes for students between the ages of 16 and 19.
Learners will have lessons at the Southgate Campus (Sports) or Wood Street Campus (A-Levels) and receive training at Haringey Borough FC’s Coles Park Stadium. Students will also have occasional access to sessions at our Training Centre.
This programmes offers educational qualifications for students who are studying one of the many Sport and Fitness courses at levels 1, 2 and 3 offered at the College.
Participants will receive high quality coaching and development under the supervision of our coaches with opportunities to progress through the player development pathway.
