Alfie Dorrington

He joined us as a 13-year-old, having previously played for Cockfosters FC, and was a pupil at Ashmole Academy. During the 2020/21 season, he stepped up to play three games for our Under-18s while still a schoolboy.

He was part of the young side that won the Under-17 and Under-18 Premier League Cup double in 2022/23.

In the following campaign, he won the Premier League 2 title with our Under-21s.

In December, 2024, Alfie made his first team debut when he came off the bench in our 5-0 Premier League win at Southampton.

In January, 2025, he joined Aberdeen on loan and went on to win the Scottish Cup with them at the end of that season.

Alfie returned to Aberdeen for a second loan spell during the first half of the 2025/26 campaign, before spending the second half of the season under a similar arrangement with Salford City.

He has been capped by England between Under-15 and Under-19 levels to date.
