Jun'ai Byfield

Born at King’s College Hospital, he grew up in the Bromley area and started out as a striker before transitioning to defence in the Under-11s.

He made his Under-18s debut as a 15-year-old during the 2023/24 season and was a regular at that level in 2024/25 while still a schoolboy, captaining our young side to Under-17 Premier League Cup glory.

He featured for the first team during pre-season in 2025 and after travelling with them on tour to Hong Kong and South Korea, he was named as a substitute in the UEFA Super Cup clash with Paris Saint-Germain that August.

He featured for our Under-21s during the first half of 2025/26 and after signing his first pro contract at the end of 2025, he made his first team debut with an impressive shift against Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League in January, 2026 - one of three senior appearances during that campaign.

Internationally, he has represented England at Under-16, Under-17 and Under-18 levels to date.
