One of our longest serving captains, Hugo Lloris was one of the best goalkeepers in the world during his 11 years in north London.

A signing from Lyon in the summer of 2012, Hugo was a key figure at the Club as we underwent a revolution in the 2010s.

Appointed our skipper in Mauricio Pochettino's first season as Head Coach, the goalkeeper was as influential in the dressing room as he was the pitch, upholding standards and demanding the most from his team-mates.

A Champions League finalist and two-time League Cup finalist with us, our former number one was also between the sticks as we recorded our two-highest Premier League finishes.

His crowing glory as a professional though came in the summer of 2018 as he led his nation France to World Cup Glory in Russia, making him the first active Spurs player to win the tournament.
