Improvement - the key word from Mauricio Pochettino as we hit the halfway point in the Premier League.
Defeated only twice, three wins on the trot have lifted us into the top four as we step into 2016 and the second half of the season with game number 20 at Everton on Sunday.
"We’re very happy but we can always improve," said Mauricio. "This is our philosophy, we want to improve and we can always learn.
"It’s true we’re in a very good position after 19 games and it’s up to us now to follow the same direction.
"This is our challenge, to keep the same performances or improve and try to finish the league in a very good position."

It was suggested to Mauricio that the most important thing in the first 19 games was how the team responded to losing at home to Newcastle on December 12.
"The reaction was fantastic," he responded. "I’m very happy in the way we work every day and the way we play. we are very young and we can improve but in football, you need time to develop."
