The left-back played the full game for Ryan Giggs’ men, who left it late to take maximum points in Cardiff, with Neco Williams bagging the winner deep into stoppage time.
Wales are now firmly in control of their group after Matt Doherty’s Republic of Ireland suffered a 1-0 home defeat at the hands of Finland.
