Gallery – players prepare for last 16 at Euro 2020

All of our players on duty for their countries at Euro 2020 have successfully qualified out of the group stage and are now hard at work in preparation for the last 16.

The knockout rounds begin on Saturday with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg’s Denmark taking on a Wales side that includes Ben Davies, Gareth Bale and Joe Rodon in Amsterdam, kick-off 5pm UK.

Toby Alderweireld and Belgium face Portugal in Seville on Sunday (8pm UK) before France, with Hugo Lloris and Moussa Sissoko among their number, battle Switzerland in Bucharest on Monday (8pm UK).

Then it’s the turn of Harry Kane and England on Tuesday evening as they meet Germany at Wembley (5pm UK).

Photos of all the players barring the French squad, who played as recently as Wednesday night and therefore haven’t trained in front of the media yet, have emerged from their respective nations’ training camps over the last couple of days – check out the gallery below...
