Leading 2-0 from last week's first leg thanks to a Harry Kane brace at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, we head to Zagreb aiming to pick up another positive result against the Croatian side and book our place in the competition's quarter-finals.

Kick-off at Stadion Maksimir in the Croatian capital is at 5.55pm (UK).
