Ledley and Jenna delight fans in Louisville – Spurs Women USA Tour
Ledley King and Jenna Schillaci delighted fans in Kentucky across the weekend as they spent time with our Official Supporters’ Club, Louisville Spurs.
Firstly appearing at a Q&A session on Saturday night (13 August), our former Men’s First Team skipper and now Club Ambassador Ledley chatted about all things Spurs with the local Supporter’s Club as he was joined on stage by SPURSPLAY Presenter Matt Tarr. He then answered questions from the fans assembled before taking time to sign autographs and take photographs.
Then, the following morning (Sunday 14 August) as our Men’s First Team took on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, Ledley and Spurs Women legend Jenna joined Louisville Spurs in St Matthews for a live screening of the match – and what a game to watch alongside ‘the King’! Always a difficult place to go, we battled hard at the Bridge, coming from behind twice to take a point which included a dramatic finale in which Harry Kane nodded home at 96th-minute equaliser.
Again, before and after the match, Ledley took time to meet and greet supporters, sign autographs and pose for photographs. At half-time, he then joined Louisville Spurs for a group picture.
