Tanganga departs on loan

Japhet Tanganga has joined Bundesliga side FC Augsburg on loan for the remainder of the 2023/24 season, with a conditional obligation to make the deal permanent next summer.

An Academy graduate, the defender progressed through our ranks to make his first team debut in a Carabao Cup third round tie with Colchester United in September, 2019.

In all competitions he has made 50 appearances in our colours.
