Spurs in Japan | Gallery - tuning up on day two in Tokyo

The players completed day two of our summer tour in high Tokyo temperatures on Thursday afternoon, local time.

Following an intense double session on the first day in Japan's capital, the squad were afforded some rest and relaxation in the morning before day 20 of their pre-season schedule resumed in 34C humid daytime conditions at the JFA YUME Field training facility.

Ahead of training, Ange Postecoglou spent time with young players from our Under-15 Academy side who are also in Tokyo and then focus turned to our Men's first team who put in some more hard yards with the ball out on the grass.

As we build towards our first game of the 2024/25 Premier League campaign at Leicester City on Monday 19 August, we have three upcoming friendlies in Asia - starting with J1 League champions Vissel Kobe at the National Stadium in Tokyo on Saturday (11am UK).

You can watch our opening tour fixture - as well as our next two against Team K League (31 July, 12noon UK) and FC Bayern (3 August, 12noon UK) in Seoul - live on SPURSPLAY.
