We can confirm that Luke Amos will undergo surgery next week after rupturing an anterior cruciate ligament.
The young midfielder sustained the injury during the first half of Friday’s Premier League 2 win against Blackburn Rovers and the rehabilitation required means he will not be expected to return to action until next season.
