Devine strikes with incredible acrobatic kick

Alfie Devine was on target again for loan side Port Vale on Saturday as he struck with a stunning acrobatic kick.

In what turned out to be a disappointing afternoon for the Vale as they fell 2-1 to Cheltenham, Alfie opened the scoring showing his flexibility to fire in on 32 minutes.

Coming from a corner kick, the midfielder, who joined the Valiants on loan back in the August, found himself in the right place at the right time to leap into the air and volley home a knock down into the roof of the net.

The strike was the 19-year-old's second since making the temporary move to Staffordshire having scored a match-winning penalty for the Vale last month. He has also provided two assists.

On Tuesday, Alfie's loan side will be in action once again as they travel to Mansfield Town in the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.
