Team news ahead of Wolves - Emerson Royal returns

Emerson Royal is back in the squad to face Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday (3pm).

The in-form defender – up for the Premier League’s Player of the Month for February - missed our midweek loss against Sheffield United in the FA Cup with a minor issue and will make the trip to Molineux.

Speaking to SPURSPLAY after training on Friday, Antonio Conte’s assistant, Cristian Stellini, explained: “Emerson is fine. It was only a small problem, and he trained the day after. We left him at home but he’s ready to play tomorrow. We have the same squad we had for the last games and only the long period injured players we’re not ready to use, the others are available.”

Rodrigo Bentancur (knee), Yves Bissouma (ankle), Hugo Lloris (knee) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) remain sidelined.
