Supporters travelling to Portugal for our Champions League match against Sporting Clube de Portugal on Tuesday 13 September are advised to take note of the following important information...

Kick-off is 5.45pm - Lisbon is in the same time zone as the UK.

Supporters are advised to arrive at least one hour before kick-off and not travel to the stadium without a match ticket.

Lisbon

We recommend fans familiarise themselves with the government’s travel advice for Portugal. The Club’s Travel Line - 07917 880445 - will be available throughout the day and evening of the match for any supporters experiencing problems.

Fans are recommended to base themselves in Rossio Square and the surrounding streets in central Lisbon, which have a range of bars, cafes and restaurants and a direct Metro train to the Estadio Jose Alvalade.

Supporters are advised to avoid the area around the Estadio Jose Alvalade until they travel to the match.

Under no circumstances should supporters exit the Metro at the Campo Grande station.

Supporters should also be aware of street crime and the presence of pickpockets who may target money and passports, which should not be kept in the same place.

The official currency of Portugal is the Euro.

Covid-19 advice
