Antonio, Kulusevski and Kane up for March Premier League awards

Thu 24 March 2022, 12:30|Tottenham Hotspur

Antonio Conte, Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane have been shortlisted for monthly Premier League awards.

Antonio is up for March’s Barclays Manager of the Month award after leading us to three wins in our four matches – results which saw us rise to fifth in the table.

We made the perfect start to March as we trounced Everton 5-0 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, however we were then left frustrated five days later as we fell 3-2 to Manchester United at Old Trafford. Despite that defeat though, we performed admirably that night and took the positives to Brighton the following Wednesday where we quickly made amends, claiming a comfortable 2-0 win. We then rounded off the month by picking up a huge three points at home with a 3-1 victory over West Ham United on Sunday.

For the award, our Head Coach will face competition from Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Thomas Tuchel (Chelsea), Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool) and Brendan Rodgers (Leicester City).

Dejan and Harry, meanwhile, are both up for the EA SPORTS Player of the Month award.

Firstly, Harry enjoyed a fine month in front of goal with four strikes and two assist to his name. Kicking off March with a brace against Everton, our number 10 then scored away at Manchester United and Brighton before providing two assists for Heung-Min Son in our 3-1 win over West Ham. If Harry claims the prize, he will equal Sergio Aguero’s record for most Premier League Player of the Month awards (7).

Bidding to become just the fourth Swedish international to win the award, Dejan also continued his fine form in our colours this month following his January move from Juventus. Having opened his scoring account in February with goals against Manchester City and Leeds United, the attacker's creativity came to the fore in March with a duo of assists in our 5-0 win over Everton before he set up Cristian Romero for the Argentine’s maiden Spurs goal in our victory at Brighton.

For the monthly prize, the attacking duo will be up against Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka, Aston Villa’s Matty Cash, Brentford’s Ivan Toney, Liverpool’s Andrew Robertson as well as Chelsea’s Trevor Chalobah and Kai Havertz.

As usual, supporters' votes will help decide the winners. You can cast your votes via the links below to give your backing to Antonio, Dejan and Harry in their respective categories. Voting closes at 12pm on Monday 28 March.
