Introducing our new Academy recruits

We are delighted to introduce the 14 young players who have joined our Under-18s as full-time, first-year scholars.

At the back, goalkeepers Carey Bloedorn and Elliot Krasniqi are joined by defenders Pele Arganese-McDermott, Archie Chaplin, Maeson King, James Rowswell and Zach Simons.

In midfield, we welcome Leo Black, Tyrese Hall, Kieran Morgan and Han Willhoft-King, with Damola Ajayi, Yusuf Akhamrich and Oliver Irow serving as the forwards in this year’s intake.

All of these young players started work at Hotspur Way earlier this month and are now preparing for the 2022/23 season under the tutelage of our Academy coaching team.

Academy Manager Dean Rastrick said: “We’re really pleased to welcome these talented young players into the building as full-time footballers, many of whom have been with us in the Academy for a number of years already. We look forward to working with them on and off the pitch to further enhance their development and to help them understand what it takes to play at the top level. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the players, their parents, guardians and families for the amazing support and commitment they have shown to the Club over several years – we wish them every success in their ongoing journeys with us and we’re excited to see the next stage of the players’ careers unfold.”
