Spurs take on OGC Nice in exhibition match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Wed 07 December 2022, 17:00|Tottenham Hotspur

We are delighted to announce that our Men’s First Team will take on French Ligue 1 side OGC Nice in an exhibition match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Wednesday 21 December, 7pm kick-off.

Spurs v OGC Nice

• Men’s First Team to face French Ligue 1 side in preparation for Premier League return – Wednesday 21 December, 7pm KO
• Stadium will be opened to a limited capacity with tickets available to Season Ticket Holders and Premium Members on a first-come-first-served basis
• We shall be making a donation of proceeds from ticket sales to local Foodbanks to assist people living in crisis this winter

The match will serve as preparation for Antonio Conte’s side ahead of a return to Premier League action at Brentford on Boxing Day, following the World Cup break.

Nice currently sit ninth in Ligue 1 and are through to the Last 16 of this season’s UEFA Europa Conference League. Their squad currently boasts a number of names familiar to the English game, including Kasper Schmeichel, Aaron Ramsey, Ross Barkley, Nicolas Pepe and Morgan Schneiderlin.

We shall be opening the stadium to a limited capacity, with tickets sold on a first-come-first-served basis to Season Ticket Holders and Premium Members, who will have the opportunity to purchase two tickets each, subject to availability.

All tickets will be located in general admission areas and priced at £15 each (£5 for U18s) - seating will made available in the lower tiers of our North and West Stands. Premium areas will not be open for this fixture. Please note, a small allocation will also be made available to away supporters.

Tickets will go on sale to Season Ticket Holders and Premium Members via eTicketing from 10am on Thursday (8 December). We shall make any remaining tickets available to One Hotspur Members from 10am on Monday (12 December), subject to availability.

With the match being held so close to Christmas, we are taking this opportunity to support those most vulnerable in our local community and will be making a donation of proceeds from ticket sales to our local Foodbanks.

We shall be supporting the London Academy of Excellence Tottenham’s Festive Foodbank, which has been established at the Club-sponsored Sixth Form to collect items for those in-need within the school community, as well as both Tottenham Foodbank and North Enfield Foodbank.

Foodbanks provide emergency food and support to people living in poverty - currently a foodbank parcel is handed out every 13 seconds in the UK. Our local Foodbanks provide emergency food parcels containing at least three days’ worth of nutritionally balanced meals to individuals and families within the community.

We shall also be creating a festive feeling at the stadium on the night, including Christmas songs in our pre-match playlist.

For those not in attendance, the match will be shown live on SPURSPLAY - further details to follow...
