Shelina extends her stay

We are delighted to confirm that we have exercised the option to extend the contract of captain Shelina Zadorsky for a further year.

The Canadian international has been a vital part of our backline since her arrival from Orlando Pride in January 2020 and could make her 50^th appearance in our colours against Chelsea at Kingsmeadow on Thursday (7.45 kick-off).

 “Working with a Club that wants to keep building a winning culture is so exciting to me,” Shelina explained.

“Working with Rehanne and the rest of our staff has made me a better player and I want to keep growing. It’s a huge honour to play for the Club.”
