Lo Celso back in squad

Giovani Lo Celso is back in the squad to face Dinamo Zagreb in the UEFA Europa League on Thursday evening (5.55pm UK).

The playmaker has been sidelined since December – 22 matches – but has trained this week and now returns as we defend a 2-0 lead against the Croatians in the second leg of our round of 16 tie.

Speaking after training on Wednesday, Jose Mourinho told us: “He’s missed a lot of games, 22 games, around four months of competition, or so. It’s a lot.

“We miss his quality, I also think we miss the character, because he’s one of the guys with a competitive nature. We’re very happy he’s back.”
