Match ticket sales process for 2021/22

Mon 26 July 2021, 15:40|Tottenham Hotspur

We are pleased to confirm the ticket sales process for all home Premier League matches during the 2021/22 season.

As in 2019/20, there will be seven on-sale windows throughout the season in which it will be possible to purchase tickets to two or three matches. All matches will be sold individually and NOT as packages.

This process aims to reduce the time supporters are required to dedicate to purchasing tickets and the need to track multiple windows and on-sale dates. It also allows greater flexibility for cup fixture on-sale dates throughout the season.

Match ticket sales process for 2021/22

• Match ticket sales windows once again streamlined to improve purchase process.
• As in 2019/20, there are just seven on-sale windows for the season as opposed to 19, with tickets to two or three matches available in each.
• Become a One Hotspur Member today to take advantage.

2021/22 Home Premier League Match On-Sale Dates

* Fixture dates from October onwards are subject to change.

Price Categories

For the 2021/22 Season, our matchday ticket pricing will be:

• Category A (x5 fixtures) – see prices here
• Category B (x9 fixtures) – see prices here
• Category C (x5 fixtures) – see prices here

Members’ booking fees will apply upon purchasing a ticket.

Stadium Entry Conditions

We are continuing to work with the government and Premier League regarding any stadium entry requirements for 2021/22 Premier League matches and will update supporters in due course.

Digital Tickets

Following the successful implementation of digital ticketing for our reduced-capacity home matches last season, our ticketing process is now fully digital.

Season Ticket and One Hotspur Membership Stadium Access cards will no longer work and entry to the stadium can now only be gained via the mobile device to which match tickets are delivered. User guides will be issued to supporters shortly.

ID validation

To support digital ticketing, and to ensure supporter safety and security, we are asking all Members who wish to attend a game this season to complete our online ID validation process ASAP, so we may activate their Digital Member Pass. Further information for One Hotspur Junior Members will be provided in due course.

For further details on ID validations, visit our dedicated FAQ pages here.

Thank you to those who have already completed their ID validation.

One Hotspur membership

Becoming a One Hotspur Member is the best way to ensure you have the opportunity to access home tickets next season.

The number of tickets available exclusively to One Hotspur+ Members on a Monday sale will reflect the ratio of One Hotspur+ members we have. Based on current membership figures, it is likely that approximately 65 per cent of available tickets will be released for sale to One Hotspur+ Members, with remaining tickets being made available to all other Members on the Tuesday.

Further details on how to purchase tickets will be emailed to all One Hotspur Members ahead of each on-sale period.

Ticket Exchange

Our Ticket Exchange platform will open at the Club’s discretion and once the Members’ sales dates have passed. Updates on when Members are able to purchase via Ticket Exchange for each fixture will be communicated via Club channels.
