Davinson Sanchez is next in the hotseat for our 18-82 Q&A feature, where we use the year of the Club’s formation as inspiration and ask the players to choose 18 lifestyle questions from a selection of 82 to answer...
1 - How do you relax?
Davinson: “I like to sleep or play a bit of PlayStation.”
2 - Have you ever had a job outside football?
Davinson: “No, I’ve always been involved in football.”
3 - If you could sit yourself down with your 16-year-old self, what advice would you give yourself?
Davinson: “I wouldn’t change anything from that time. I’m very happy with how things have gone.”
4 - You are going to a fancy-dress party – what is your costume?
Davinson: “I get a lot of people on my Instagram mentioning Idris Elba, so I would say I would go as him.”
5 - Describe the way you dance…
Davinson: “I just feel the music in my blood and, you see, my body just knows what to do!”
6 - Which superhero do you wish actually existed?
Davinson: “Not a superhero exactly but perhaps Goku from Dragon Ball Z.”
7 - What is the most important lesson life has taught you?
Davinson: “My mum taught me so many lessons, probably one of the most important was to always be humble.”
8 - You are cooking – what is your signature dish?
Davinson: “I like to cook meatballs, with lots of cheese. Cheese with bacon wrapped around inside the meatballs is very nice.”
9 - Do you do the washing up?
Davinson: “Yes, I try to wash the dishes by hand rather than the machine, unless there are lots!”
10 - Are you good at another sport?
Davinson: “I think athletics, especially running.”
11 - Beach holiday or city break?
Davinson: “Definitely the beach for me.”
12 - What would you sing at karaoke?
Davinson: “Maybe some Reggae or maybe a Colombian salsa tune.”
13 - What was your Spurs initiation song?
Davinson: “Perdoname by Gilberto Santa Rosa.”
14 - Which word or phrase do you use most?
Davinson: “Of course.”
15 - Would you prefer to have been a pop star or footballer?
Davinson: “That’s an easy question, definitely a footballer.”
16 - What is the first thing you do in the morning?
Davinson: “Wake up and then shower.”
17 - What reminds you of home?
Davinson: “Definitely food, Colombian food.”
18 - What is your favourite journey?
Davinson: “Going on holiday with my family, spending time with them in Colombia or any place to be honest.”
