COVID-19 update: Premier League and WSL suspended

Fri 13 March 2020, 12:45|Tottenham Hotspur

The FA, Premier League, EFL, Barclays FA Women’s Super League and FA Women’s Championship have collectively agreed to postpone the professional game in England until 3 April at the earliest.

This action, which will be kept under constant review, has been taken due to the increasing numbers of clubs taking steps to isolate their players and staff because of the COVID-19 virus.

Our Premier League home fixtures against Manchester United and West Ham United, as well as our home WSL fixtures against Birmingham City Women and Chelsea FC Women, Women’s FA Cup tie at Arsenal, Premier League 2 fixture at Arsenal and Under-18 Premier League fixtures away at Aston Villa and at home to Arsenal, have been postponed and will be rescheduled.

We shall continue to keep fans updated across Club channels – we appreciate your support and patience as we attempt to minimise the impact of COVID-19 across Club operations, continuing to prioritise the health and safety of our players, staff and supporters.

Our thoughts are with all those currently affected and we wish them well.

Ticket information

Any fan who has purchased a ticket for any fixture during this period, including Season Ticket Holders and those who have purchased via Ticket Exchange, will be able to use the ticket for the rescheduled match.

Should any Season Ticket Holders who have sold their seats for either Premier League fixture via Ticket Exchange wish to attend the rescheduled fixture, they will be required to purchase from available seats on Ticket Exchange once the new fixture dates are confirmed.

If you have purchased a ticket and are unable to attend a re-arranged Premier League fixture, ticket refund requests following confirmation of the revised date can be made by submitting the refund form available on Ask Spurs.

Those who have purchased tickets for our forthcoming Barclays FA Women’s Super League matches at The Hive who are unable to attend re-arranged fixtures, once the dates have been confirmed, should email tellus@thehivelondon.com to obtain a refund.

Those supporters who had purchased tickets for this evening’s Premier League 2 fixture against Arsenal have been contacted by the Club and refunded.

We advise supporters to speak to their travel provider directly for any re-arranged travel requirements. Match travel booked through the Big Green Coach service will be valid for the re-arranged fixtures. Any refund requests can be made by email to customerservice@biggreencoach.co.uk.
