Fixtures 2019/20 - Villa at home first

We will play Aston Villa at home on the opening weekend of the 2019/20 Premier League season.

The fixture is currently scheduled for live TV coverage by Sky Sports and will kick-off at 5.30pm on Saturday 10 August. Please remember, all fixtures are subject to change.

Managed by Dean Smith, Villa gained promotion back to the Premier League via the play-offs last season, beating Derby County in the final at Wembley. They were last in the Premier League in 2015/16 when we won 3-1 at home and 2-0 at Villa Park. We last met in the FA Cup third round in January, 2017, a 2-0 win at the Lane.

This will be our first home fixture on opening weekend since 2010/11. We've been on our travels for eight seasons on the trot since then and won at Newcastle on 11 August last season.
