Fan reminder - keep your Stadium Access Cards

We would like to remind renewing Season Ticket Holders and Members NOT to dispose of their Stadium Access Cards.

The same Access Cards will be required to gain entry to matches at the stadium for at least the next two seasons - you will not be issued another card during the summer.

If you have misplaced your Stadium Access Card, the best way to store your ticket is by downloading the new Spurs Official App.

If you log in with the email address you have registered with the Club or your unique Client Reference Number, your ticket will automatically display when you open the app and be ready to use.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder, your seat details are printed on your Access Card. If you are a One Hotspur Member, your seat details will be on the ticket confirmation email you would have received at the point of purchase, so you may need to print and bring with you for reference.

However, if you download the app, your seat details are displayed whether you a Season Ticket Holder or One Hotspur Member - so we strongly recommend you make sure it’s on your phone ahead of attending a fixture next season.
