Pre-season has begun!

Our first team squad – minus those involved in the World Cup in Russia – returned to Hotspur Way today (Monday 9 July) for the first day of pre-season training.

As usual on the first day back, the players underwent a series of medical tests including the reactor lights circuit, which looks at the speed of the lads' reactions, and the sub-max VO2 test, which measures oxygen uptake.

This follows on from the return of our Under-23 and Under-18 players last week.
