Kieran Trippier has returned to training and is available for selection ahead of Wednesday night's home match against Southampton.

The England international right-back has been suffering from a groin injury since our 1-0 win at Crystal Palace on 10 November.

However, central defender Jan Vertonghen will miss the match at Wembley as he serves a one-game ban following his sending-off at Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Mousa Dembele (ankle) continues rehabilitation and is expected to return in the next few weeks while Erik Lamela (thigh) is undergoing rehabilitation for a minor muscle injury.

Davinson Sanchez (hamstring) continues to progress with on-field rehabilitation while Victor Wanyama is continuing treatment and rehabilitation for a knee problem.

Kick-off against the Saints is at 8pm. If you're coming to the game, please remember to take note of Wembley's new restricted bag policy.
