Minimise the risk

- Consider the impact of wearing Club colours when not inside the stadium.
- Always carry your passport - Police conduct checks and want to see originals.
- Carry a note of the address of your hotel (in both English and Spanish) - it can help people give you directions and ensure that taxi drivers know where you want to go.
- Keep the number of valuables you carry to a minimum - passport, a credit card, your phone and some money. Leave spare cash and valuables in hotel safety deposits.
- Keep valuables/cash out of sight, especially in crowded areas, tourist spots, and public transport where pickpockets and bag snatchers operate.
- Change money at a bank, hotel, or in exchange kiosks - NOT on the street.
- Always carry the contact number for your travel insurer.
- Carry the address and telephone number of the British Embassy so you can call for help if required.
- Leave a photocopy of your passport and other documents safe in your hotel in case you lose the originals.
- Do not carry weapons of any sort, you may get arrested.
- Do not commit acts of theft - you are more likely to be locked up rather than fined or deported.
- Be alert to the possibility of street crime and petty theft - you may appear to be lucrative targets.
- Where possible, avoid walking alone late at night in dark or poorly lit streets.
- Do not leave drinks or food unattended as they could be spiked and beware of accepting drinks from casual acquaintances.
- Do not drink in the streets, you can be arrested for doing so.

Getting to the Nou Camp

By Metro
The Metro line that services the Nou Camp is Line 3 (green), Metro stop Palau Reial or Maria Cristina. Line 9 (orange) is a direct line to the Nou Camp from Barcelona Airport.

By taxi
Local taxis are easily identified - they are black and yellow. The cost from the city centre to the Nou Camp is approximately €15-20.

By bus
There is a city bus service available, however, Metro or taxis are much quicker and easier.

By coach
From the city centre, coaches should drop off at the coach park where supporters will then be escorted by the Police and stewards to Access 21. The coach park will be open from 6am on Tuesday and remain open until after the match.

Be wary
Supporters should be wary of pickpockets in the Metro stations and city centre. We have been informed that organised gangs of pickpockets specifically target tourists in these areas.

There is no official fan zone in Barcelona though visiting fans usually congregate around the popular areas of Catalunya Square and Las Ramblas in the city centre.

Accessing the Nou Camp

Match tickets
Only supporters with a valid match ticket will be admitted. Those with damaged or forged tickets, or those who have lost or had their ticket stolen, will not be allowed access. Entry into the stadium can be slow. There will be ticket checks and searches at the entrance to the turnstiles. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be used by any other supporter.

Duplicate tickets will not be issued - please take care of your match ticket.

Stadium access
We are located in blocks 521-536 in the third tier (level 5) across the South and East Stands.

FC Barcelona have advised that there will be reserved seating for this match, so please sit in the seat that you have been allocated and detailed on your ticket.

To enter the Nou Camp you first go through an ACCESS entrance and then a GATE. Supporters are to use Access 21 at the South East side of the complex, and then Gate C to enter the stadium.

Turnstiles open 120 minutes prior to kick-off (7pm local time).

The local police have advised that all supporters should arrive at the stadium from this time as the security checks at the entrance may take some time. Supporters not in the stadium by 8.15pm (local time) may be delayed in entering the stadium in time for kick-off.

All supporters will undergo an extensive body search prior to entering the stadium. Your co-operation with the FC Barcelona stadium security personnel is highly appreciated. These thorough searches will be carried out by Mossos d’Esquadra (Catalan Police). FC Barcelona security staff and pyrotechnics-sniffing dogs will also be present. Any supporter found with weapons or fireworks in their possession are liable to be arrested. Supporters will then walk over a bridge and up a ramp (no stairs) to access the third tier, Level 5.

The final decision as to who enters the stadium lies with FC Barcelona and the local police.

Supporters will not be allowed to enter the stadium, or may face ejection if:
- You do not have a valid match ticket.
- You have been prohibited from attending sports events in the past.
- You are visibly drunk or under the effect of narcotics.
- You are found to be carrying prohibited items.

Fighting or inciting disturbances is strictly forbidden in and around the stadium. FC Barcelona advises that any infringement of these rules will result in entrance being refused or expulsion from the stadium.

A ‘chain link’ style segregation fence separates the away and home section. Light vertical security netting is also in place at the front of the stand.

Supporter coaches
Supporters travelling on coaches will be dropped off at Gate 21 on Carrer de la Maternitat before being parked close to Access 21. After the final whistle, supporters will be guided out of the stadium complex by the police and guided toward the coaches.

Category One
Category 1 tickets are located in Blocks 005 to 007 and Block 106. Supporters with Category 1 tickets should use Access 5 and Gate 10.

Luggage
There is no luggage drop off facility available. Souvenirs or any other items made from glass or porcelain will not be permitted into the stadium. Please leave any such items on the coach or at the hotel.

Match programme
There will be no match programme produced for this fixture.

Food and drink
You are permitted to bring food and drink into the stadium, however only plastic bottles of up to 500ml are allowed (for medical reasons) as long as the tops are removed and discarded before entry. Cash (Euros) food and drink concessions are available inside the stadium. Bars and shops in the local areas will also be open on the night of the game.

Acceptable items
Flags or banners - without poles and subject to size, language and content. Small bags (A4 size) are permitted but will be subject to a thorough search. Cameras - no professional equipment, for private use only

Prohibited items
Supporters may not bring the following items into the stadium:
- Knives or weapons (or items considered to be weapons).
- Fireworks, flares or smoke bombs.
- Air horns, loud hailers (megaphones) and musical instruments.
- Umbrellas and flag poles.
- Flags or banners larger than 2m x 1m (flags that portray offensive language or imagery are not allowed).
- Bags or rucksacks larger than A4 size.
- Food and drink (cans, bottles no more than 500ml and glass bottles).
- Objects heavier than 500 grams or considered potentially dangerous.
- Cigarettes including e-cigarettes and lighters.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the stadium including the stands, gates and inside concourse areas. Once inside the stadium, drinks cannot be taken to the seating area.

Please note the above acceptable and prohibited items list is not extensive and is subject to change. The final decision on what will or won’t be allowed in to the stadium lies with FC Barcelona and the local police.

The use of pyrotechnics, flares and smoke bombs is also prohibited, anyone found
in possession of or being associated to these items faces arrest.

Disabled supporters

Wheelchair user spaces are located at the rear of Level 1, behind the South goal (located in the home fan area).

Please use Access 15 or 19 and Gate 62. Ambulant supporters and those with mobility issues that require the use of the lift use Access 19 and enter via Gate 53.

There are accessible facilities and food and drink concessions close by. There is also ramp access upon entry and in and around the wheelchair user area.

The best way to get to the Nou Camp is by subway. Line 3 (Green line - Maria Cristina and Palau Reial) are the closest ones. These three lines are suitable for wheelchair users. Collblanc station also has Line 9 South that goes to/comes straight from the airport. There are also buses and they are all adapted but, on matchdays, please bear in mind traffic will be heavy.

It is very difficult to park near the stadium, especially on matchdays. We recommend using public transport. There are a few private parking lots nearby the stadium. If parking, it is advisable to do so a couple of hours before kick-off. There is a small area controlled by the local Police where, most matchdays, it is permitted to park with a Blue Badge. It is the area located between accesses 14 and 11 (Avinguda Aristides Maillol). Please note that Police might decide, following security reasons, not to open it.

Spurs respects

We are justly proud of our superb and loyal support at home and away. We all have a responsibility to act as ambassadors of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club and act as considerate visitors to those who live and work in the cities and countries we visit. Please respect local customs and traditions by not placing flags or banners on local statues or monuments. We recognise that most supporters want to watch a football match and not to listen to abusive or indecent language from the stands. Discriminatory behaviour which includes, shouting, chanting or actions such as racist, sectarian, homophobic, sexist or anti-disability behaviour is unacceptable.

If you witness incidents like these please get in contact with a steward as soon as you can and report your concerns, this will help us to act on them as quickly as possible.

Kick It Out
The ‘Kick It Out' app provides news updates on the campaign’s latest projects, but its most
prominent feature is the ‘Report It!’ function which empowers people at all levels of the game to report incidents of discrimination. The Kick It Out football fans’ guide to reporting abuse and discrimination can be found here or download the app.

Post-match

We have been advised there will be a hold back of approximately 20-30 minutes, but this is subject to change. We ask that you remain patient at all times, respect the stewards and work with the Club at this time.

Stadium access - Nou Camp

Access 21 is located at the South East corner of the stadium on Travessera de les Corts, and is the exclusive access gate for visiting supporters. Supporters can pass through Access 21 to gain entry to the exterior concourse from 6.45pm (local time). Gates to enter the stadium are numbered sequentially.

Supporters will turn left upon entry and follow the gate around towards the South until they reach Gate C. THFC stewards will be stationed at the gates to welcome visiting supporters and to support the local stewards.
