Drew Spence has equalled a Women’s Super League record on Saturday in our clash with Arsenal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Starting in the north London derby in N17, the experienced midfielder has now equalled the all-time WSL appearance record, joining retired former Chelsea defender Millie Brighton on 216.
Joining us in July, 2021, our number 24 has made 79 appearances for us in England’s top flight, scoring on eight occasions in that time.
A consistent performer in our midfield for a number of years and especially under Martin Ho, Drew is also just three appearances away from reaching a century of games in Lilywhite.
