Pedro honoured by Club after World Cup glory
Pedro Porro was recognised for his part in Spain’s World Cup win upon his return to Hotspur Way.
After receiving a guard of honour on his return to Hotspur Way with staff from across our training centre plus our Men's First Team and Academy players lining the path and applauding him, Pedro was then presented with a memento by the Club to honour his success.
The award was presented to the full-back by Chief Executive Officer Vinai Venkatesham and fellow Spanish World Cup winner and Spurs icon Fernando Llorente in a ceremony at our Enfield base.
Fernando, who played for us between 2017 and 2019 and was part of the squad which reached the 2019 UEFA Champions League Final, was back at Hotspur Way as part of the Alumni Lunch, which brought a number of iconic Spurs players from years gone by together with our current first team for a special lunch.
