Fixtures 2026/27 – London derbies, promoted teams, other key dates

We now know that we’ll begin the 2026/27 Premier League season with a trip across London to face Brentford after the fixtures for the new campaign were revealed today.

Our visit to the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday 22 August will be the first of 10 London derbies next term, with the always hotly-anticipated first north London derby of the season provisionally scheduled to take place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday 5 December.

The first match against a newly-promoted side is currently set to take place at home to Coventry City on Saturday 17 October, while we’ll have back-to-back home games against AFC Bournemouth (Boxing Day) and Brighton & Hove Albion (Wednesday 30 December) over the festive period.

The campaign concludes away to Aston Villa on Sunday 30 May.
