Terms and Conditions - World Cup - Global Fan Competition (FAQ)

Global Competition Draw Entry – 11 June 2026 – 19 July 2026 (“Prize Draw”)

1. The Prize Draw is operated and managed by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX.
2. The Prize Draw is a Club giveaway, which is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old. The Club reserves the right to require proof of identity.
3. To enter the Prize Draw you must submit the name of your favourite Tottenham Hotspur player participating in the 2026 World Cup, along with the relevant form between 14:00 UK time on 11 June 2026 until 23:59 UK time on 19 July 2026.
4. Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 2 and 3 will earn one (1) entry in the Prize Draw.
5. There will be six (6) winners in total respect of the Prizes, the distribution of such Prizes as set out in section 6 below, who will be chosen at random via a random number generator.
6. In respect of each winner, the prizes for the Prize Draw are as follows:
   • Tier 1: one (1) winner will receive 1x One Hotspur Membership+ and 1x 26/27 Home Shirt (signed by the winner’s player of choice)
   • Tier 2: two (2) winners will each receive 1x SPURSPLAY and 1x 26/27 Away Shirt (signed by the winner’s player of choice)
   • Tier 3: three (3) winners will each receive 1x £75 Online Giftcard redeemable at shop.tottenhamhotspur.com and 1x Spurs T-Shirt

referred to individually as a “Prize” and collectively the “Prizes”.

7. You are not a guaranteed winner if you enter the Prize Draw.
8. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted and entry is conditional upon valid entry in accordance with paragraph 3.
9. The chosen winners will be notified by email, at or before 23:59 UK time on 3 August 2026. If selected, you have fourteen (14) days from the time the Club has notified you, to respond to the Club as instructed to claim the applicable Prize.
10. If the applicable Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 9, a new chosen winner will be selected at or after 23:59 UK time on 17 August 2026. If selected, you have fourteen (14) days from the date and time the Club has notified you, to respond to the Club as instructed to claim the applicable Prize.
11. If the applicable Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 10, the process in paragraph 10 will repeat until the winners are chosen and have adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 9.
12. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of the Club or its affiliated entities.
13. No cash alternative will be offered to the winners in replacement of the applicable Prize.
14. The applicable Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by the Club to the winners.

16. The Club accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and the Club and/or its affiliated entities.
17. By entering the Prize Draw and in the event that you win a Prize, you agree that your name alongside photographs and footage from the session may be used on printed Club and affiliated entity channels (such as the matchday programme), official website and official social media channels.
18. By entering the Prize Draw, you also accept the standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions (which can be found here) and the Club’s Ground Regulations (which can be found here).
19. The Club reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for one of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prizes, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prizes are therefore subject to availability and change.
20. The following Prize Draw entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet the eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
21. The Club reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion.
22. The Club may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Prize Draw, without notice at any time should the Club deem it necessary to do so. The Club may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Prize Draw, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of the Club’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).
23. The Club reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the applicable Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
24. The Club is not liable for failing to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond the Club’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, a pandemic, or epidemic, or a change in law or regulation.
25. The Club does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission, or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
26. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Prize Draw, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in the Prize Draw or any publicity relating to the Prize Draw.
27. By entering the Prize Draw, you accept that the Club’s decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to the Club’s decision will be entered into between you and the Club or its affiliated entities. Your entry into the Prize Draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
28. The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the applicable Prize to any Prize Draw entrant.
29. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Prize Draw or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
30. The Club will not be held responsible for the winner not taking full advantage of the applicable Prize due to health or for any other reason.
31. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

33. When participating in the Prize Draw, you acknowledge that the details you provide to the Club to enter the Prize Draw will have been made available to the Club (your “Personal Data”).
34. All Personal Data held and used by the Club will be in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at: https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy/) (the “Club’s Privacy Policy”) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age and identity.
