Tyrese Hall’s season on loan at Notts County ended with the Magpies winning promotion to the third tier by defeating Alfie Dorrington’s Salford City in Monday’s League Two play-off final.
Tyrese wasn’t involved in the matchday squad at Wembley, but watched on as his team-mates secured a 3-0 triumph under the arch to end their 11-year absence from League One.
The central midfielder scored eight goals in 39 appearances across all competitions for Notts County this term.
Centre-back Alfie, meanwhile, experienced the agony of defeat with Salford. He was an unused substitute in the final, having played 12 times since linking up with them mid-season. He spent the first half of the campaign on loan at Aberdeen.
