Everton U21s 4-1 Spurs - match gallery

Action from our Under-21s' 4-1 defeat at Everton in the Premier League Under-21 International Cup on Bank Holiday Monday.

David Henen's spot-kick in the 14th minute gave the Toffees the lead, before Sam Byrne made it 2-0 in first half stoppage time.

Two further goals, from Conor McAleny and Byrne, in the first four minutes of the second period put Everton out of sight, although Christian Maghoma's header on 52 minutes gave us hope.

Substitute Charlie Owens hit the post late on, but it proved to be a disappointing afternoon for our youngsters at Goodison Park.
