Chase Farm Hospital, just a stone’s throw away from our Enfield Training Centre, opened one of its new-look facilities this week with the help of a Tottenham Hotspur legend.
The Clock Café will provide healthy food and drink to patients and the local community, and it was opened by Gary Mabbutt along with a nearby outdoor gym this week.
Tottenham Hotspur Foundation will further support the facility with a walking programme setting off from the café at 1pm every Wednesday.
The aim is to address high levels of obesity in Enfield as well as giving patients at the hospital the chance to enhance their rehabilitation from illness through regular exercise.
