Disability work showcased by England greats

The Premier League and BT Sport this week announced a new commitment to disability sport with the launch of a three-year programme to provide more sporting opportunities for disabled people across England and Wales.

This has been a huge part of the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation’s work over the last 10 years and our Visually Impaired Football project was chosen to be showcased at the launch event that took place at the Olympic Stadium on Wednesday.

Ledley King introduced BT Ambassadors and his former England team-mates, Michael Owen and Owen Hargreaves, to the work of our Foundation.

The trio donned blindfolds to get a taste of the game and you can see how they got on in the video below…
