Yago helps Almeria Clinch Promotion to La Liga

Yago Falque played 75 minutes as Almeria secured promotion to Spain's La Liga with a 4-0 aggregate win in the play-off final against Girona.

Almeria began the second leg at their Mediterranean Games Stadium on Saturday with a 1-0 lead from the first leg on Wednesday.

And they made no mistake with a 3-0 win on the night and 4-0 win on aggregate to take their place in Spain's top flight next season.

Forward Yago has impressed in his loan spell and played 18 times after joining Almeria on loan in January.

Before that, he made five appearances for the first team and scored six goals in eight matches for our Under-21s.
