Tottenham Hotspur Ladies warmed-up up for the start of the FA Women's Premier League with a convincing victory over MK Dons on Sunday.

Bianca Baptiste and Lucia Adrianna Padilla scored the goals with the front three of Bianca, Lucia and Lucia Leon looking dangerous again - just days after the team hit 10 against Hertford Town.

The ladies are now counting the days down to the big kick-off against Gillingham on Sunday at Ware FC (2pm).

"We started well in the first half and looked sharp in the final third," reported manager, Karen Hills.

"Lucia (Padilla) was taking players on for fun and Bianca is looking strong and sharp, that's another 90 minutes under her belt, two in a week and she's ready for Sunday.

"We also looked comfortable at the back and Jenna (Schillaci) coming back is a big plus for us, she's our captain and she's featured in two matches now as well, so it's looking good for the weekend."

Spurs Ladies v MK Dons: Wayne; McLean, Gamble (Waithe), Smits (Heath), Schillaci (Smith); Maloney (Mabey), Martin, O'Leary; Baptiste, Padilla, Leon (Via).
