Dele and Hugo collect awards

Dele Alli and Hugo Lloris were winners at the 2017 London Football Awards this week, held at Battersea Evolution in support of the Willow Foundation.

For the second year in a row, Dele was named the capital’s Young Player of the Year while Hugo picked up the London Goalkeeper of the Year Award.

The event celebrates the best of London football while raising funds for Willow – a charity set up by former Arsenal goalkeeper Bob Wilson to bring special days to seriously ill young adults.

It was a star-studded occasion with plenty of Spurs legends also in attendance, including Pat Jennings, Ossie Ardiles and Gary Mabbutt.
