Charlton U17s 2-4 Spurs
Jimmy Neighbour's young side came from behind twice to grab the points in style against Charlton.
The lads were always on top but conceded a poor goal defensively just before half-time to go in 1-0 down.
Scott Thyer (pictured) produced a fine equaliser but another mistake let in Charlton for 2-1 before goals from Charlie Lee, Claude Seanla and the prolific Danny Stevens saw the youngsters home.
Coach Jim takes up the story of the game. "It wasn't a great game but credit to the lads because we went 1-0 down at half-time to a poor goal, we more or less gave them that.
"We had most of the chances, played with the wind and just about denied them any chances apart from the goal.
"We were against the wind in the second half and I thought that might be a problem but it wasn't. In fact it helped us.
"Our attacking play was good, created chances and equalised through Scott Thyer, a great run down the left, cut inside and shot into the roof of the net.
"Unfortunately we made another poor error after that as Charlton went 2-1.
"We then got a penalty for handball, Charlie Lee finished it and after that it was about how many we would score, we looked likely every time we attacked.
"We went ahead through Claude Seanla, he broke through the middle and tucked it home and Danny Stevens finished it off. That's about nine or 10 for him this season."
Spurs U17s: Forecast, Riley, Wright, Lee, Welch, Peprah, Heller (Kyriakou, 72)s, Maghoma, Thyer, Seanle, Stevens. Unused subs: Button, Dawkins.

Spurs U19s 0-2 Charlton
Pat Holland admitted this defeat was a 'little disappointing and frustrating' but still found a couple of postives.
The lads certainly created chances, especially in their best spell at the start of the second half, but two poor goal defensively in each half cost them dearly.
Coach Pat reflected: "There was quite a strong wind in our favour in the first half so we had a lot of the territorial advantage, crosses that went across the face of goal, chances to get in and score but we didn't get on the end of them.
"After about 25 minutes they broke down our left side, the ball held up for the winger, we stopped and the boy has scored from a ridiculous angle really. Defensively that was disappointing.
"For 15 minutes at the start of the second half we played really well, had a right go at them and you thought were were going to get something out of it. We were a little unfortunate not to get an equaliser.
"We then made a shocking mistake on the edge of the box, gave it away when it should have been dealt with and it was uphill task from there.
"It was disappointing and frustrating but there were some good performances.
"I was very pleased with Kieran McKenna (pictured above), out of position at right-back, Danny Foster's done well. I also thought Gareth Jenkins did well, we've released him but he gave 100 per cent - the boy know's he's leaving but yet played well. They are the plusses."
Spurs U19s: Eyre, McKenna, McKie, Hicks (Mascarenhas), Foster, Dobson, Barcham (Francis, 65), Malcolm, Slabber, O'Hara, Jenkins. Unused sub: Hodges.
