US Super Fan Competition Draw Entry – 11 June 2026 – 19 July 2026 (“Competition”)

Terms and Conditions

1. The Competition is operated and managed by Tottenham Hotspur Football & Athletic Co. Limited (company number 00057186) whose registered office is at Lilywhite House, 782 High Road, London, N17 0BX.
2. The Competition is a Club giveaway, which is open to anyone over the age of eighteen (18) years old and whose home address is in the following territories: United States of America, Mexico or Canada. You must be eligible to travel to the United Kingdom and hold a valid passport. The Club reserves the right to require proof of identity.
3. To enter the Competition you must submit a photograph or video of yourself watching a World Cup match wearing Tottenham Hotspur merchandise or otherwise visually supporting the Club (“Submission(s)”), alongside submitting the relevant entry form between 00:01 UK time on 11 June 2026 until 23:59 UK time on 19 July 2026.
4. You may take photos from within the Official Spurs App (“App”). The App will need to access your device’s camera in order to do so. To use this function within the App, the App requires your permission to access your device’s camera.
5. Participants who meet the criteria in paragraphs 2 and 3 will earn one (1) entry in the Competition.
6. There will be one (1) winner in respect of the Prize, (one (1) winner in total) who will be selected subject to their level of fandom of and enthusiasm for the Club, to be decided solely at the Club’s discretion.
7. In respect of the winner, the prize for the Competition is as follows:
   • x2 Premium Seats to the first Premier League home game in the 26/27 season
   • x2 return economy flights to London
   • a 3-night stay in a London hotel for two
   • x2 26/27 Home Shirt (signed by player of the winner’s choice)

(the “Prize”).

8. You are not a guaranteed winner if you enter the Competition.
9. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted and entry is conditional upon valid entry in accordance with paragraph 3.
10. The chosen winner will be notified by email, at or before 23:59 UK time on 3 August 2026. If selected, you have fourteen (14) days from the time the Club has notified you, to respond to the Club as instructed to claim the Prize.
11. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 10, a new chosen winner will be selected at or after 23:59 UK time on 17 August 2026. If selected, you have fourteen (14) days from the date and time the Club has notified you, to respond to the Club as instructed to claim the Prize.
12. If the Prize is not claimed in accordance with paragraph 11, the process in paragraph 11 will repeat until the winner is chosen and have adequately responded in accordance with paragraph 10.
13. You can choose to upload your photos for display on a pre-moderated photo wall within the App (“Photo Wall”). This Photo Wall is visible to all other App users. You can also share photos to your personal social media profiles from within the App where they will be visible to your social media contacts. The App will remind you of the foregoing at the time you upload your photos. We will take your submission of any such photo as your consent for it to be displayed on the Photo Wall or posted to your social media profile.
14. The Club reserves the right to use the Submissions from time to time in both online and physical Club marketing materials, including publication on social media platforms, such use to be determined at the Club’s sole discretion.
15. You confirm by submitting your Submission in accordance with these Terms that all individuals captured in such Submission have agreed to their image being shared for the purposes of this Competition.
16. The Competition is not open to employees of the Club or its affiliated entities.
17. No cash alternative will be offered to the winner in replacement of the Prize.
18. The Prize is not transferable once it has been assigned by the Club to the winner.

20. The Club accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable and no such correspondence will be entered into between you and the Club and/or its affiliated entities.
21. By entering the Competition and in the event that you win the Prize, you agree that your name alongside photographs and footage from the session may be used on printed Club and affiliated entity channels (such as the matchday programme), official website and official social media channels.
22. By entering the Competition, you also accept the standard Ticketing Terms & Conditions (which can be found here) and the Club’s Ground Regulations (which can be found here).
23. The Club reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value similar to the Prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The Prize is therefore subject to availability and change.
24. The following Competition entries are not valid: (i) entries which do not meet the eligibility or entry requirements as set out in these terms and conditions; (ii) entries submitted using a method or technique designed to unfairly increase chances of winning; (iii) third party or bulk entries; (iv) entries made in breach of these terms and conditions; (v) entries with inappropriate, illegal or offensive content; and (vi) dishonest entries.
25. The Club reserves the right to disqualify any entry at its absolute discretion, including (without limitation) an entry from an individual subject to a stadium banning order, or is otherwise prohibited from attending football matches by the Club, its affiliated entities, any other professional association football club or any competent authority.
26. The Club may, in its absolute discretion, change these terms and conditions or extend the Competition, without notice at any time should the Club deem it necessary to do so. The Club may at any time change, terminate, postpone or temporarily suspend the Competition, with or without giving prior notice (for example, if this is necessary due to reasons outside of the Club’s control (including for example if fraud or suspected fraud is identified)).
27. The Club reserves the right to invalidate entry, disqualify any entrant or recover the Prize from any entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions.
28. The Club is not liable for failing to meet its obligations under these terms and conditions if this is due to circumstances beyond the Club’s reasonable control. Such circumstances include, for example: extreme weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, industrial action, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, national mourning, unavoidable accidents, a pandemic, or epidemic, or a change in law or regulation.
29. The Club does not accept any responsibility for: (i) any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete entries or information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission, or (ii) entries not received for whatever reason, including for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
30. If the winner has a physical or mental impairment which would inhibit their ability to enjoy/make full use of the Prize, then the Club asks that the winner makes this clear when they claim the Prize, so that the Club can consult with the winner in advance and seek to make such reasonable adjustments as are practical and within the Club’s control, based on the information provided by the winner to the Club to ensure the winner can enjoy the Prize to the fullest extent.
31. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to this Competition, including but not limited to having their name, photograph, and disclosure of country of residence published with their entry and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being paid and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Club relating to any post-winning publicity. No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in the Competition or any publicity relating to the Competition.
32. By entering the Competition, you accept that the Club’s decision is final and binding. You agree that no correspondence in relation to the Club’s decision will be entered into between you and the Club or its affiliated entities. Your entry into the Competition implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
33. The Club reserves the right to hold and void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition at any time as it sees fit and if voided, suspended or cancelled the Club is under no obligation to deliver the Prize to any Competition entrant.
34. To the extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered in connection with the Competition or any delays or failure (in whole or in part) to perform any of its obligations if such delay or failure is caused by something beyond its control.
35. The Club will not be held responsible for the winner not taking full advantage of the Prize due to health or for any other reason.
36. The Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

38. When participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that the details you provide to the Club to enter the Competition will have been made available to the Club (your “Personal Data”).
39. All Personal Data held and used by the Club will be in accordance with the Club’s privacy policies (which can be found at: https://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/information/privacy-policy/) (the “Club’s Privacy Policy”) and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Competition, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your Personal Data in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy. We may also use your Personal Data to verify your age and identity.
