One Hotspur Memberships are currently being renewed, payment will be taken between 26/06/26 and 03/07/26. Different payment types may take longer to process than others. Payment confirmation e-mails may arrive up to 48 hours after your renewal is completed if paying by Direct Debit.
If you’re looking to change your information, update your payment card or cancel and refund your Membership then please visit the Manage my Membership page using the link below.
Please ensure you login with the lead account where you will be able to make changes to all the Memberships associated with that account.
Our Supporter Services team is currently experiencing high call volumes and e-mails so may take longer to respond than usual.
Please note that we’re currently unable to change Direct Debit bank information at this time.
