Serving a variety of delicious hot and cold food, drinks and snacks, The M is the ideal place to grab a refreshment, whether you’re visiting us to take on The Dare Skywalk, go on a Stadium Tour or browse the Spurs Shop.
The M provides a food and drink offer for the wider community to enjoy seven days a week, bringing the stadium campus to life 365-days-a-year.
Our Menu
The M has recently added a range of tasty new hot food options to complement our existing favourites.
These include stone baked pizzas, sausage and vegan rolls, and daily chef’s specials, such as:
-Tottenham Hotspur pie with mash and gravy
-Beef lasagne with garlic bread and rocket salad
-Vegetable moussaka with Greek salad
-Spiced lentil dahl with roasted butternut squash
Alongside these new dishes, visitors can opt for homemade soups and toasties from our hot food menu.
A variety of breakfast and other lunch options have also returned to The M.
For the early risers, there is a choice of Greek yoghurt with a seasonal compote, croissants, pastries and homemade breakfast muffins.
For lunch, we have a mouth-watering selection of sandwiches – New York deli, smoked salmon and dill cream cheese, and a vegan option of chipotle chick’n sandwich.
A selection of freshly prepared salads and baguettes are also available, while those with a sweet tooth are in for a treat with our selection of cakes.

Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am - 6pm
Hot food is served every day from 11am - 3pm
Matchdays and Major Event Days: Closed
As with all facilities throughout our stadium and its surrounding campus, cash is not accepted at The M. Payments can be made via any major debit or credit card, Apple or Google Pay.
We are delighted to offer our emergency services and serving members of our Armed Forces a 10 per cent discount on their purchases at The M. Any customers eligible for this discount should present a valid form of service identification or staff pass at the counter.
