Ange Postecoglou has revealed we have a couple of fresh injury concerns ahead of Sunday's visit of Aston Villa.
Speaking to SPURSPLAY ahead of the clash, Ange confirmed that centre back Ashley Phillips suffered an ankle injury during the international break and so will be unavailable for a 'little while'. Our Head Coach also revealed Pape Matar Sarr also picked up an issue during the break meaning he is a doubt for the 2pm kick-off at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
We've got a couple of issues," Ange admitted. "Young Ash Phillips picked up an ankle injury so he will be out for a little while, which is disappointing for him. And we just need to have a look at Pape Sarr because he has a bit of an issue as well so we will see how is over the next 24-48 hours. Everyone else has come back okay."
